Purchase Rules

General Provisions

These rules apply when purchasing physical goods through the online store. The Seller operates in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and the consumer protection regulations of the European Union.

Purchase Process

  • The Buyer selects the goods and adds them to the shopping cart.
  • The order is considered valid from the moment the Buyer confirms the order and pays for the goods.
  • The Seller confirms the order via email.

Prices and Payment

  • All prices are indicated in euros and include VAT.
  • Payment is made through the secure Paysera payment system.

Delivery

  • Goods are delivered within 2–7 business days in Lithuania and 5–14 business days within the EU.
  • Delivery costs are indicated at the time of ordering.
  • The Buyer must provide accurate delivery information.

Returns and Exchanges

  • The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods (in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU).
  • Goods must be undamaged, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are covered by the Buyer, except in cases where the item was defective.

Warranty

  • The Seller guarantees that the goods correspond to their description and are suitable for use.
  • If the item is defective, the Buyer must inform the Seller within 14 days of receipt.

Liability

  • The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by third parties (e.g., couriers).
  • The Seller is not responsible for losses incurred due to incorrect information provided by the Buyer.

Personal data policy

Data Collection

  • The Seller collects only the necessary data: name, surname, address, email, phone number, and payment information.
  • Data is collected solely for purchase and delivery purposes.

Data Storage

  • Data is stored in a secure environment and no longer than necessary (in accordance with GDPR – the General Data Protection Regulation).
  • The Buyer has the right to request deletion, correction, or transfer of their data.

Data Transfer

  • Data may be transferred to third parties only to the extent necessary to fulfill the order (e.g., couriers, payment systems).
  • Data is not transferred for advertising or other commercial purposes without the Buyer’s consent.

Cookies

  • The website uses cookies to improve browsing experience.
  • The Buyer may change cookie settings in their browser at any time.

Changes to the Privacy Policy

  • The Seller reserves the right to change the privacy policy and will inform about updates on the website.
